Latin America and the European Union: Interregional Relations in the Context of Global Geopolitical Rivalry

The European Union is recalibrating its strategy to enhance engagement with Latin America in the midst of geopolitical and geoeconomic changes. As it rethinks its approach, it faces competition from other actors, such as the United States and, more recently, China.
