Alexander Stubb is director of the School of Transnational Governance. He is a former member of the European Parliament and served as Finland’s Prime Minister in 2014-2015.

Monika Sus is associate professor of political science at the Polish Academy of Sciences and visiting professor at the Centre for International Security at the Hertie School in Berlin.
